Advanced Dental Institute accepts no responsibility regarding state medical or dental board requirements. Participants are responsible for determining whether they are able to perform these procedures at our courses and in their own practices. We are not responsible for decisions or changes made by the state medical/dental board about their state practice acts prior to our courses. Any dispute shall be governed by the laws established in Nevada. Registration is refundable, less 20% cancellation fee, if written notice is submitted to Advanced Dental Institute 45 days prior to the registered course date. No refunds shall be made with less than 45 days written notice. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Cancellation which falls outside these parameters will result in full credit. . Change of Venue and/or Date is always available. Registration made with a discount of at least 10% is considered final and is not eligible for refund; however, a full credit will be extended. Advanced Dental Institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course, or substitute instructor due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. In the event a venue and/or date changes, Advanced Dental Institute will issue full credit, and will compensate for travel. Exception to Refund Policy: If customer elects installment payments and/or non-refundable deposit to complete registration only full credit will be offered.   In the event of a dispute, no credit shall be extended. and customers will be prohibited from purchasing any future courses.  Upon attendance of course, and / or acceptance of certificate of completion, attendee acknowledges that course met or exceeded their expectations.
